First let's get together and talk about your new dream home or project. This is where we discuss your ideas, expectations, timelines and architectural styles. Once we have a plan in place we'll be on the road to making your dream a reality!
Conceptual Design
Next we start the formal process of drawing the preliminary designs. During this conceptual phase we create your floor plan, elevations and see how that all fits on your property. This is where your home starts taking shape and is transformed into working drawings. These plans are now ready for you to send to your builder for preliminary bids and cost estimates.
Permit Plan Design
Dropline Designs will take your approved conceptual designs, and the builder's input, to finalize a complete set of plans. These plans and accompanying documents will then be submitted to the local review agency. Upon approval you will receive your building permit and construction can begin!
Breaking Ground!
After the plans have been approved building begins! Dropline Designs remains available throughout the building process to provide any assistance needed.
