 "I cannot say enough good things about Dropline Designs. We are building our dream home on a very unique parcel of land. We believed designing our house would be difficult, if not impossible, given the dimensions of our property. This was especially true since we gave Chelsea a couple of unique "must haves"--bridge, work out room, bar next to pool, 4 car garage (which we thought would be impossible to fit), etc.

Chelsea's design was very near perfect from her first rendering. Maybe that was just luck, but what was not luck was the personal attention and quick turnaround time for changes. Even changes that we made during construction. Chelsea's vision, attention to detail, and customer service were second to none. We would most definitely hire Dropline Designs again."

 Chelsea is GREAT to work with! She has a unique combination of thoroughness, detail orientation and creativity. Loved how she spent time interviewing me about the goals of the project (a garage update), what I wanted as the end result and all along she showed sincere respect for my opinion as the homeowner. She sent the plans timely, followed up to make sure all was well and made the whole experience extremely positive. I recommend her highly!
